Your child’s first session will be an evaluation for the therapist to get a better overall understanding of your child’s strengths, interests, and needs. Our team will gather information to create a personalized treatment plan to best meet the specific needs and goals of you and your child. Therapy sessions will begin after the initial evaluation. Your child’s first visit typically lasts around one hour per discipline, but may be shorter or longer depending on the specific needs and activity tolerance of your child. We purpose to provide the just-right challenge.

We accept cash, check, debit card, and credit card. We are happy to discuss payment plan options as well. It is our policy that payment is made at the time of service. Your insurance benefits will be determined before your second visit, and you will be informed of what payment, if any, is necessary on that date.
Sessions are typically one hour per discipline, but may be shorted based your child’s needs, activity tolerance, and your schedule.
Parents are allowed to accompany their child to the gym on their initial visit. After that, parent attendance during treatment is determined on a case by case basis. Most chlldren respond to treatment better in the absence of the parent. We typically default to no parents in the gym after the initial visit unless the parent is being educated on certain home exercises or the child responds better in the presence of the parent.
Our specialties are with developing gross and fine motor movements, improving speech and language skills, and helping children successfully reach their developmental milestones and age-appropriate abilities. We do not, however, provide ABA therapy services.
We charge a $40 out-of-pocket cancellation fee for all no shows and cancellations that occur with less than 24 hours notice. Three or more missed visits with less than 24-hours notice may result in discharge from therapy services. We strive to accommodate the schedules of our clients, and we realize sometimes people forget or have unanticipated schedule conflicts. We ask our clients to call us as soon as they know they will not be able to make it to the clinic.
